Dr. Varun Shah

Dr. Varun Shah is a certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Infertility specialist, Advanced Gynec Endoscopists, Urogynecologist, and Sonologist. He is an MBBS pass out from the prestigious B.J. Medical College in 2008 who then pursued his Masters in Medicine (MRCOG). Then he completed his post-diploma DNB in OBGYN and pursued his training in basic and advanced gynec ultrasound from FOGSI.Later he completed his Diploma in Advanced Gynec Endoscopy from the University of Auburn, France. He also had a fellowship in urogynecology from University Hospital, UK. He has an experience of more than 13 Years as infertility specialist. He got his ‘fellowship in Reproductive Medicine’ from the ICOG. Some of his research topics have been on laparoscopy versus laparotomy for ectopic pregnancy management, and whether or not gynecological units should be housed separately. He has published a lot of articles about advanced energy sources in gynec endoscopy in prestigious Indian academies of gynec endoscopist journals (IAGE). He also co-authored an article about fibroids and how they affect fertility which was published in Indian newspapers.
